· Planning, organising and leading the projects from inception to completion within the contract period, budget and quality intended for conventional and turnkey projects.
· Bidding/ tendering for new projects/refurbishments/ extensions.
· Manage and oversee a multiple projects at any one time with project teams from inception to completion.
· Liaising with stakeholders, consultants, local authorities and project team regularly.
· Carrying out value engineering, risk mitigation, QAQC, Method Statement and solving technical problems.
· Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants and project team.
· Preparation of various reports including progress report benchmarking, S curves and cash flow.
· Assessing the selection of suppliers /subcontractors from numerous quotations.
· Conducting in-depth negotiations with the suppliers and subcontractors to increase company profitability through research, keeping up with new products, and alternative proposals and acquiring numerous quotes.
· Responsible for interim claims and final account of the projects
· Responsible for approval of the payments to the suppliers and subcontractors.
· Demonstrated tack and diplomacy coupled with the ability to stay calm under pressure, in order to achieve a positive outcome.
· Able to motivate and organise others to achieve optimum productivity in order to achieve objectives
· Preparing Health and Safety documentation for construction sites and Implementing Health & Safety Legislation Regulations on site along with audits.

· Responsible for civil, structural, and geotechnical designs for the projects assigned.
· Ensuring the drafting staff draws the plan in accordance with the design.
· Responsible for technical advice, inspection, and approval of any alternative proposal by contractors.
· Feasibilities study and cost estimate upon client’s request.
· Advice on the tender response and assessment report.
· Obtaining approval from the local authorities.
