The Church building was originally built in 1915 to serve the Anglican Christian Community and the building was further expanded into its existent format in 1932 by architect Ernest Shearman. The Church now serves the Coptic Orthodox community and provides a place for the congregation to come together in one communion and fellowship. The demolition of the existing community buildings and the redevelopment of the site to provide a new community center with a nursery.​ The project site is located at Cranbourne Gardens, Golders Green, NW11 0HU.
