St Mark's Coptic Orthodox Church
Project Management, Quantity Surveying and CDM
The project involves the excavation and construction of a new basement under the footprint of St. Marks Coptic Orthodox Church in Kensington, which is 155 years old. The project contract consists of two stages:

Stage 1: The construction of a single-level basement below the existing lower ground floor level, to extend partially under the front and rear gardens of the property, plus associated internal works. The planning permission for which was granted by The Royal Borough of London and Kensington.

Stage 2: Formation of enlarged basement extending partially below the courtyard to Allen Street elevation together with new glazed panel set flush with existing paving. Erection of gates and railings to Allen Street Elevation.
